Most travel times will be less than 5 days since we are centrally located within the United States. Please be aware travel times do not include processing times, holidays, or weekends.
Ground shipping is $5.95. Orders over $70 will receive free ground shipping.
2nd Day Air is $15.95.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return in the exact condition in which the item was shipped within 21 days of delivery date for full refund.

Visit our contact page and enter the name and email address used when the order was placed. Explain the situation and your desired action for resolution. Send your request.
Obtain your return authorization email that will be provided within 48 hours of your request by our customer service team
If the issue with your order is due to a TinyCarz error or a defective product, we will provide a return shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Ship: Please repack the item you wish to return. Then print and insert the return authorization into the package. Drop package off at your selected shipping company to purchase a label to send the package to the following address:

Please allow some time for your package to arrive. The shipping company can tell you the estimated delivery date to our location. Tracking services are recommended but not required.
